Captain's meeting
Will be held at 9:00am Saturday morning at Frisbee Central. For teams with a first round bye, the captain does not need to attend the Captain’s Meeting. These captains will need to check in with me when they arrive. First Game starts at 9:30am. On Sunday, there will not be a Captain's meeting. Results of Saturday’s pool play and game schedule will be posted at the Party and at Frisbee central Sunday morning.  Games start at 9:30am Sunday.

Injuries
There will be a trainer on site at frisbee central on both days. I’ll also have ice and bags at frisbee central, as well as directions to the hospital, if needed.

The Party
Held at Avogadro’s Number (map attached). Don’t miss it! There will be plenty of free food and beer, plus a costume contest and live music and MC. The prizes for the costume contest will include gift certificates for the Rio Grande. Mmmmmmm, margaritas!

Team Costume Award
The team with the best costumes will receive a special award.

Minimal Waste
In an effort to “Green Up” Fright Flight, we ask you to generate as little waste as possible and recycle everything you can. Each captain will receive and bag for trash and a bag for recyclables at the captain’s meeting. Please help us make this year’s event the greenest ever.

Format and Rules
4 men/3 women.  11th edition, including the Callahan goal rule.

Costume Rule
For each member of your team not wearing a costume, you will be assessed one point.

Saturday Play
Pools A, B, D and E each have five teams, with games played to 13, mirror half. Pool C has six teams, with games played to 11, mirror half and no byes. The start of each game will be signaled with one horn blast. The games will be hard capped at 70 minutes (two horn blasts).

To ensure accurate seedings for Sunday, all winning captains must report scores to Frisbee Central after each game on Saturday.

Hard Capping Games
Two horn blasts signify the hard cap. There is no soft cap. When the cap goes on you finish the point, even if the disc has not be pulled. The game ends after this point unless there is a tie. In that case, the next point wins. There are no time outs in hard cap

Timeouts
Each team has three per game, no more than two per half.
